Each week 6EBA broadcasts in over 80 languages. How do we broadcast in so many languages? Many broadcasters will speak in more than one language throughout their program.

The Scope is a program produced by multicultural youth for their peers in a mentoring environment. The program enables young people interested in broadcasting to join the various teams and be trained in the skills of broadcasting on radio. Young people from an ethnic background from all walks of life are more than welcome to contact the radio station should they be interested in youth radio.
6EBA's youth representative Hui-Lin Tan leads up the young broadcasters who once trained are rostered in teams to do the Monday night radio shifts. Trained by the station's volunteer trainer Andrew Basinski, our young people have the perfect opportunity to learn the skills of radio from some of the best of the best senior people at the station. Andrew himself heads up the team producing the Polish program "Radio Kruier" which has been on the 6EBA airwaves since 1976 when the station commenced broadcasting via the limited amount of airtime allocated to ethnic broadcasting by 6NR Curtin Radio.

"The Scope" goes to air every Monday 9pm to midnight in English and features a multicultural theme. Tune your dial 95.3 on the FM band. If you would like to ring in during the program, the number is 08 9227 5953.
