About our Volunteers:
Abdul Jalil Ahmaddy - I live in Perth Western Australia in the suburb of Cloverdale. I come from Indonesia, and Perth has been my home for nearly 21 years. I am a volunteer presenter helping the Malay Programme in charge of talking spiritual matters to our listeners. When I am not in the radio station my occupation is Imam (Minister of Religion) at the Rivervale Mosque in Perth. I am also a Halal Supervisor and Religious Adviser to the Islamic Council of W.A. |

McNair Ingenuity say 57% of Australians listen to Community Radio !

The McNair Ingenuity Community Radio Listenership Survey results were released earlier this month at Parliament House and showed an increase from 47% of Australians (aged 15+) listening to community radio every month in 2006, to 57% in 2008

Rotary Group Study Exchange Student visits 6EBA !

During late October, we were lucky enough to have Niki Cleary visit the 6EBA studios. Niki is taking part in the Rotary Group Study Exchange which sees people from different cultures and countries meet up with others in their profession whilst developing professional and leadership skills and travelling the world.
