The older daughter went through depresion, anorexia and tried to kill herself a few times. Last year she was successfull in taking her own life... The younger daughter tried to numb the pain and memories with alcohol. One night being under the influence of alcohol, she was hit by a car. Today she requires 24/7 care.

The Multicultural Radio & Television Association of WA Inc. held its Annual General Meeting this year on the 18th October 2009. The venue was the Floreat Athena Soccer Club where over 100 members, their guests and friends attended the meeting, followed by a luncheon prepared by the Club's chef Mr. Peter Kalogeracos allowing members to socialize, relax and catch up.

The "Sikh Sangeet" program is run by volunteers from the Sikh Association of WA Inc. Heading up a team 7 volunteers is Mr.Amrit Pal Singh who is the Senior Producer.
